Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all clients. - Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions effectively in both Spanish and English. - Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and personalized assistance. - Assist customers with selecting suitable products and services, including device setup and plan options. - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. - Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to serve customers better. - Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and ensure smooth daily operations. Skills and Qualifications: - Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Previous retail or sales experience preferred, especially in telecommunications or technology sectors. - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently or as part of a team. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
