Responsibilities of a Management Trainee: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive product sales and revenue growth. Support management teams by assisting in training new staff, monitoring team performance, and directing junior partners to correct and improve Help gather feedback from key stakeholders, including customers, clients, and partners, to inform product strategy development.
