Position We’re looking for a reliable Over-the-Road (OTR) driver to
join our team! Position: 1099 Contractor Equipment: Box Truck Pay:
20% per load Home Time: Every 1–2 weeks (flexible) Dispatch
Provided: Yes Loads: No-touch freight majority but please be
flexible Requirements: clean driver’s license Minimum 1 year
driving experience Must pass MVR check Professional, reliable, and

dynamic team as an Over-the-Road (OTR) Driver and take on the
exciting challenge of delivering freight across long distances with
energy and precision! As an OTR Driver, you’ll operate a box truck,
ensuring timely and safe deliveries. This role offers the

rewarding career in transportation. Duties Safely operate a box
truck with manual transmissions across diverse routes, adhering to
all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload freight
efficiently using pallet jack and straps or other equipment when
necessary Manage route driving responsibilities with precision,
ensuring timely pickups and deliveries across multiple locations
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain
vehicle safety and compliance standards Maintain accurate logs of
driving hours, delivery records, and vehicle maintenance reports
Communicate effectively with dispatch teams to coordinate routes,
report issues, and ensure smooth operations We’re looking for a

Qualifications Proven experience as a truck driver with a focus on
freight delivery; previous delivery driver experience is highly
valued Skilled in driving manual transmission trucks with strong
knowledge of vehicle handling and safety protocols Ability to
follow detailed route instructions and adapt to changing schedules
efficiently Strong commitment to safety standards and regulatory
