in hot line cooking (2–5 years preferred). Knowledge in preparing
and cooking à la carte dishes . Ability to work quickly and
efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Proficiency in
basic and advanced hot line cooking techniques . Understanding of
food safety and sanitation standards . Ability to organize and
maintain the station during service. Strong teamwork skills and
ability to follow directions from the chef or supervisor.
Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hot line or hot
kitchen cooking . Experience in preparing à la carte dishes (not
buffet). Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of hot line cooking techniques and proper food handling.
Understanding and compliance with food safety and sanitation
standards . Ability to organize and maintain a clean workstation
during service. Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow
directions from the chef or supervisor. Proficiency in English
(spoken and/or written) for effective communication in the kitchen.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable
scheduling.
