Days (No Weekends) Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is
seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Behavioral Health to lead a
53-bed adult inpatient behavioral health unit. This leadership role
provides 24/7 operational oversight of a multidisciplinary
department consisting of 108 FTEs (RNs, Behavioral Health
Technicians, and Clinical Nurse Coordinators). Compensation &
Benefits Salary Range: $38.52/hr – $55.26/hr (based on experience)

Comprehensive benefits package Key Responsibilities Oversee daily
operations and provide 24/7 leadership for the Behavioral Health
unit Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and workflow
Participate in hiring, performance management, and staff
development Drive quality improvement, fiscal accountability, and
patient satisfaction initiatives Ensure compliance with regulatory
and accreditation standards Collaborate with physicians, hospital
leadership, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain operational
efficiency and regulatory readiness Mentor and develop nursing and
support staff Qualifications Active Florida RN license or Compact
RN license (meeting FL requirements) Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
(required) BLS & ACLS certifications (within 30 days of hire) CPI
(Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) certification within 90 days
Minimum 3 years of inpatient Behavioral Health RN experience in
acute care Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in acute care
(Charge RN, ANM, Supervisor, etc.) Strong clinical background in
inpatient psychiatry (3–5 years preferred) For more details contact
