Job Description:
Tender Touch Rehab Services invites applications for the role of
Director of Rehab. This position is pivotal in overseeing the
delivery of high-quality rehabilitation therapy services, including
physical, occupational, and speech therapy, across multiple
healthcare facilities. The Director will ensure service excellence,
compliance with healthcare regulations, and effective team
leadership, strategically enhancing program outcomes and treatment
innovations tailored to individual patient needs. This role is
critical in fostering a collaborative environment and maintaining
the highest standards of patient care within our specialized
settings. Oversee daily operations and manage rehabilitation
services across multiple facilities. Develop and implement
rehabilitation programs that comply with best practices and legal
requirements. Monitor patient care for quality and efficiency,
adjusting protocols and strategies as necessary. Lead, recruit, and
train a diverse team of therapy professionals. Collaborate with
other medical and administrative leaders to integrate and promote
overall patient wellness and recovery. Ensure the effective use of
resources and budget to achieve departmental goals. Compile and
analyze reporting data to inform strategic improvements in patient
outcomes and treatment methodologies. Enhance the visibility and
reach of therapy services through community engagement and
professional collaboration. Strong leadership and organizational
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Profound
knowledge of rehabilitation services and healthcare management
Expertise in regulatory compliance and healthcare legislation
Ability to manage budgets and optimize resources Experience in team
building and staff training Skilled in data analysis and

(PT, OT, SLP) Certification in healthcare management (e.g., FACHE
