FL We are hiring a Sport Court Resurfacing Technician to join our
growing athletic surface installation and maintenance team. This
position is responsible for resurfacing, repairing, painting, and
maintaining tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts,
and multi?sport surfaces . Candidates with experience in
construction, painting, coatings, landscaping, or general labor are
encouraged to apply. Training is provided for motivated
individuals. This is a hands?on, outdoor role ideal for someone who
enjoys physical work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to
build a long?term career in the sport court resurfacing industry.
Key Responsibilities Sport Court Resurfacing & Repair Prepare
athletic court surfaces by cleaning, pressure washing, patching,
and leveling Apply acrylic resurfacing materials, color coatings,
and textured finishes Repair cracks, low spots, and surface
imperfections Paint and stripe game lines for tennis, pickleball,
basketball, and other sports Operate resurfacing tools, squeegees,
blowers, and power equipment safely General Construction &
Maintenance Assist with net post installation, fencing repairs, and
court accessories Mix materials according to manufacturer
specifications Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Load,
unload, and transport materials and equipment Quality, Safety &
Communication Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA
guidelines Ensure all work meets company quality standards and
client expectations Communicate effectively with supervisors, team
members, and customers Document work completed and report project
progress Qualifications Experience in sport court resurfacing,
construction, painting, landscaping, or general labor (preferred
but not required) Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and
resurfacing equipment Strong attention to detail and pride in
workmanship Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Willingness to
travel to job sites as needed Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Experience with acrylic coatings or surface preparation Knowledge
of tennis, pickleball, or basketball court layouts Experience with
line striping or commercial painting Schedule & Compensation
Full-time position Competitive hourly pay based on experience
